Mom sent a message the other day about an orphanage that is run in Haiti (Kay Espwa "Hope House"). The site gives information about the activities that are undertaken by an organization called Theo's Work. One particular project they are carrying out is called "Pwoje Espwa" or "Project Hope". Father Mark keeps people posted through his blog, interestingly enough hosted on Blogger, where people can keep up with what is happening in southern Haiti and the work that is done with Haitian children through the program and other news.

Contributions can be sent to: Theo's Work 2303 W. Market Street Greensboro, NC 27403

My plug for the day...

This is actually the orphanage we spent time at when we were in Haiti and one of the places our ministry supports. Sometimes when I would see pictures like these, I would wonder if things were really like this. They are.
